i still want windows but is there like a program that changes the way that windows apperas on the desktop like a theme be specific please

1. There are lots of different programs that you can use to modify the look and functionality of Windows. Since it sounds like you're a beginner I'd recommend WindowBlinds. You can get it at www.stardock.com. It has a lot of features but is also pretty easy to use.
2. Yes, it is called a desktop theme. There is a really good program called "Windows Blinds" that greatly modifies the desktop to make it look way cool :) check out some shots http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/screenshots.asp
