how to restrict the diaplay properties tap in themes, desktop and settings? enable or disable?

I have a classroom computer lab, 40 computers, my problem is this: everyone changes the resolution, wallpaper, and themes. they are logged in locally to each computer as a restricted user. can i just turn off the display properties for them?

1. i know how to deal with this...but this is only a simple security measure to do that. ok ..follow the steps carefully.. There’s a registry hack to restrict or disable mouse right click. The only catch is it only works at desktop and explorer. Not totally flawless as people can still drag files and folders and drop them everywhere but it does provide some level of protection. Go to Start > Run > type REGEDIT and hit enter. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer Right click at an empty area on the right column and select New > DWORD Value. Use the name NoViewContextMenu. Double click the name and set the value data as 1. this should do the trick...but it will disable right click on desktop for all users...
